With more than 15 years of expertise in pension fund administration, Austin has held diverse roles throughout his career, including fund administrator, technical specialist, and portfolio manager. Notably, he played a pivotal role in leading a team that effectively managed one of Namibia’s largest pension funds.

Throughout the years, Austin has established a strong standing in the industry by consistently prioritizing client satisfaction and demonstrating unwavering reliability.

Nicolo

Nicolo’s tenure in the pension fund industry exceeds 20 years, making him a seasoned professional in his field with building strong relations in the industry.

Throughout his journey, he has assumed several roles in the corporate sector, including HR & Payroll, Portfolio Administration, Fund Accounting, Company Finance Management, IT and Support Service Management. With this wealth of experience, Nicolo assumes a pivotal role in UNICUS.

The establishment of Unicus Benefit Services was driven by our recognition of the substantial challenges that the pension fund and long term insurance industries face at large. These challenges are primarily rooted in the industry’s response to the rising tide of new claims and growing number of existing unpaid claims.
